Office Manager
Location: Hunting Hills High School
37.5 hours weekly following the school calendar
March 17, 2025 to June 30, 2026
Temporary position replacing a leave of absence.
The Office Manager acts as the primary administrative assistant to the principal and vice principals, ensuring seamless support and organization. This successful applicant will also collaborate with the business manager to maintain efficient task flow and delegation within the main school office, anticipate staffing challenges and works proactively with office staff to develop practical solutions that support the smooth functioning of the office. Additionally the successful applicant will manage the school's social media platforms, creating and curating content to ensure effective communication and engagement with the school community.
This position is paid on grid C of the Classified Staff grid, with a current range of $27.31 to $31.65 per hour.
